GitMeter provides project discovery, rankings, saved libraries, account tools, and related paid features through gitmeter.com and associated applications.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not access another person's account without permission.

Public pricing for subscription tiers and sponsored placements is shown on our Pricing page. Paid purchases are billed in advance through our payment provider. Subscription access remains active until the end of the current paid term unless otherwise stated at checkout.

• Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass service limits or security controls.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Do not misuse rankings, project submissions, or promotional placements.

GitMeter may rely on third-party services such as GitHub and payment providers. Their availability and policies may affect parts of the service.

GitMeter and its original product content are owned by us or our licensors. Repository names, logos, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all project data will always be complete or current.

GitMeter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users.
